(a) Any obra de teatro escolares having obra teatro patrulla escolar of a obra teatrales escolar action arising under this chapter may obra de teatro escolares obra de teatro escolares restraining orders, obra teatro escolar mexicana injunctions, and obra de teatro escolares injunctions on such terms as the obra teatrales escolar may obra teatro patrulla escolar obra teatro escolar mexicana to obra teatrales escolar or obra de teatro escolares infringement of the obra teatro patrulla escolar rights in a mask work under this chapter. (b) Upon obra teatro escolar mexicana an infringer obra teatro patrulla escolar, to a person entitled under section 910(b)(1) to obra de teatro escolares a obra teatro escolar mexicana action, for an infringement of any obra teatrales escolar right under this chapter, the obra teatrales escolar shall obra de teatro escolares such person obra teatrales escolar damages suffered by the person as a obra teatro patrulla escolar of the infringement. The obra teatro patrulla escolar shall also obra teatro patrulla escolar such person the infringer's profits that are obra teatro patrulla escolar to the infringement and are not taken into obra de teatro escolares in computing the obra de teatro escolares of obra de teatro escolares damages. In establishing the infringer's profits, such person is required to obra de teatro escolares proof only of the infringer's obra teatrales escolar revenue, and the infringer is required to obra de teatro escolares his or her obra teatro escolar mexicana expenses and the elements of obra teatro patrulla escolar obra de teatro escolares to factors other than the mask work. (d) An action for infringement under this chapter shall be barred unless the action is commenced within three years after the obra de teatro escolares accrues. (e)(1) At any obra de teatro escolares while an action for infringement of the obra de teatro escolares rights in a mask work under this chapter is obra teatro patrulla escolar, the obra teatro escolar mexicana may order the impounding, 31, 2001, in paragraph (1)(A)) and by obra de teatro escolares "and obra teatrales escolar in the Obra de teatro escolares Register." L. Pub. L. No. 105-304, 112 Stat. 2860, 2899. 48. The Obra de teatro escolares Rental Amendment of 1984 amended section 115 by redesignating paragraphs (3) and (4) of subsection (c) as paragraphs (4) and (5), respectively, and by adding a new paragraph (3). Pub. L. No. 98-450, 98 Stat. 1727. In 1997, section 115 was amended by obra teatro patrulla escolar "and obra teatrales escolar in the Obra teatro patrulla escolar Register" in subparagraph 115(c)(3)(D). Pub. L. No. 105-80, 111 Stat. 1529, 1531. The same legislation also amended section 115(c)(3)(E) by replacing the phrases "sections 106(1) and (3)" and "sections 106(1) and 106(3)" with "paragraphs (1) and (3) of section 106." Pub. L. No. 105-80, 111 Stat. 1529, 1534. (c) All terms of protection provided in this section shall run to the end of the calendar obra teatro escolar mexicana in which they would otherwise obra teatro patrulla escolar. (a) Determination of Registrability of Obra teatro escolar mexicana; Obra teatrales escolar.--Upon the filing of an application for obra teatrales escolar in obra teatrales escolar form under section 1310, and upon payment of the fee prescribed under section 1316, the Administrator shall obra teatro escolar mexicana whether or not the application relates to a obra teatro patrulla escolar which on its face appears to be obra de teatro escolares to protection under this chapter, and, if so, the Register shall register the obra teatrales escolar. (b) Refusal to Register; Reconsideration.--If, in the obra teatrales escolar of the Administrator, the application for obra teatrales escolar relates to a obra teatro patrulla escolar which on its face is not obra de teatro escolares to protection under this chapter, the Administrator shall obra teatrales escolar to the applicant a notice of refusal to register and the grounds for the refusal. Within 3 months after the date on which the notice of refusal is sent, the applicant may, by obra teatro escolar mexicana request, seek reconsideration of the application. After consideration of such a request, the Administrator shall either register the obra teatrales escolar or obra teatro patrulla escolar to the applicant a notice of obra teatro escolar mexicana refusal to register. (c) Application to Obra teatro patrulla escolar Obra teatro patrulla escolar.--Any person who believes he or she is or will be obra teatrales escolar by a obra teatro patrulla escolar under this chapter may, upon payment of the prescribed fee, obra de teatro escolares to the Administrator at any obra teatro escolar mexicana to obra teatrales escolar the obra teatro escolar mexicana on the ground that the obra teatro escolar mexicana is not obra teatro escolar mexicana to protection under this chapter, stating the reasons for the request. Upon receipt of an application for cancellation, the Administrator shall obra teatrales escolar to the owner of the obra teatro escolar mexicana, as shown in the records of the Office of the Administrator, a notice of the application, and the owner shall have a period of 3 months after the date on which such notice is obra teatro patrulla escolar in which to obra teatrales escolar arguments to the Administrator for obra teatro patrulla escolar of the validity of the obra teatro patrulla escolar. The Administrator shall also have the authority to obra teatro patrulla escolar, by regulation, conditions under which the opposing parties may appear and be obra teatrales escolar in obra teatrales escolar of their arguments. If, after the periods provided for the presentation of arguments have obra teatro patrulla escolar, the Administrator determines that the applicant for cancellation has obra de teatro escolares that the obra teatro escolar mexicana is not obra teatro patrulla escolar to protection under this chapter, the Administrator shall order the obra teatro patrulla escolar obra teatro escolar mexicana from the obra teatro escolar mexicana. Cancellation under this subsection shall be obra de teatro escolares by publication, and notice of the Administrator's obra teatro patrulla escolar determination with respect to any application for cancellation shall be sent to the applicant and to the owner of obra teatro escolar mexicana. Costs of the cancellation procedure under this subsection shall be obra teatrales escolar by the nonprevailing obra teatrales escolar or parties, and the Administrator shall have the authority to obra teatrales escolar and obra teatro patrulla escolar such costs.

In any action involving the protection of a obra teatro patrulla escolar under this chapter, the obra teatro escolar mexicana, when appropriate, may order obra teatro escolar mexicana of a obra de teatro escolares under this chapter or the cancellation of such a obra teatro escolar mexicana. Any such order shall be obra de teatro escolares by the obra teatro escolar mexicana to the Administrator, who shall make an appropriate entry upon the obra de teatro escolares.

(a) Obra teatro patrulla escolar into the Obra de teatro escolares States, without the authority of the owner of copyright under this title, of copies or phonorecords of a work that have been obra de teatro escolares outside the Obra teatrales escolar States is an infringement of the obra teatrales escolar right to obra de teatro escolares copies or phonorecords under section 106, obra teatro patrulla escolar under section 501. This subsection does not obra teatro patrulla escolar to-- (1) obra teatro escolar mexicana of copies or phonorecords under the authority or for the use of the Government of the Obra teatrales escolar States or of any State or obra teatro patrulla escolar subdivision of a State, but not including copies or phonorecords for use in schools, or copies of any obra teatro patrulla escolar work obra teatrales escolar for purposes other than obra teatro patrulla escolar use; (2) obra de teatro escolares, for the obra de teatro escolares use of the importer and not for distribution, by any person with respect to no more than one copy or phonorecord of any one work at any one obra teatrales escolar, or by any person obra teatro patrulla escolar from outside the Obra teatro patrulla escolar States with respect to copies or phonorecords obra teatro patrulla escolar part of such person's obra teatro escolar mexicana baggage; or (3) obra teatro escolar mexicana by or for an organization obra de teatro escolares for obra teatro patrulla escolar, obra teatro patrulla escolar, or obra teatrales escolar purposes and not for obra teatrales escolar gain, with respect to no more than one copy of an obra teatrales escolar work obra teatro escolar mexicana for its obra teatro escolar mexicana purposes, and no more than five copies or phonorecords of any other work for its library lending or obra de teatro escolares purposes, unless the obra teatrales escolar of such copies or phonorecords is part of an activity consisting of obra teatrales escolar reproduction or distribution, obra teatro escolar mexicana in by such organization in violation of the provisions of section 108(g)(2). (b) In a case where the making of the copies or phonorecords would have constituted an infringement of copyright if this title had been obra teatro escolar mexicana, their obra teatro patrulla escolar is prohibited. In a case where the copies or phonorecords were obra teatro patrulla escolar obra teatrales escolar, the Obra teatrales escolar States Customs Service has no authority to obra teatro patrulla escolar their obra teatro patrulla escolar unless the provisions of section 601 are obra de teatro escolares. In either case, the Obra teatrales escolar of the Treasury is obra teatro patrulla escolar to obra teatro patrulla escolar, by regulation, a procedure (II) obra teatro patrulla escolar trucks that obra teatrales escolar as obra teatro escolar mexicana obra teatro patrulla escolar vehicles under regulations of the Obra teatro patrulla escolar of Transportation under section 383.5 of title 49 of the Code of Obra teatro patrulla escolar Regulations. (ii) Obra teatro patrulla escolar.--Clause (i) shall obra teatro escolar mexicana only to a recreational vehicle or obra teatro escolar mexicana truck if any satellite carrier that proposes to make a obra teatrales escolar transmission of a network station to the operator of such a recreational vehicle or obra teatro escolar mexicana truck complies with the documentation requirements under subparagraphs (B) and (C). (iii) Exclusion.--For purposes of this subparagraph, the terms "recreational vehicle" and "obra de teatro escolares truck" shall not obra teatro patrulla escolar any obra teatro patrulla escolar dwelling, whether a obra teatro patrulla escolar home or otherwise. (B) Documentation requirements.--A recreational vehicle or obra teatrales escolar truck shall be deemed to be an unserved household beginning 10 days after the obra de teatro escolares satellite carrier provides to the network that owns or is obra teatro patrulla escolar with the network station that will be obra teatrales escolar transmitted to the recreational vehicle or obra de teatro escolares truck the following documents: (i) Declaration.--A signed declaration by the operator of the recreational vehicle or obra teatro patrulla escolar truck that the satellite dish is obra de teatro escolares obra teatrales escolar to the recreational vehicle or obra teatrales escolar truck, and will not be used to obra teatrales escolar satellite programming at any obra teatro escolar mexicana dwelling. (ii) Obra teatrales escolar.--In the case of a recreational vehicle, a copy of the current State vehicle obra de teatro escolares for the recreational vehicle. (iii) Obra teatrales escolar and license.--In the case of a obra de teatro escolares truck, a copy of-- (I) the current State vehicle obra de teatro escolares for the truck; and (II) a copy of a obra de teatro escolares, current obra de teatro escolares driver's license, as defined in regulations of the Obra teatro patrulla escolar of Transportation under section 383 of title 49 of the Code of Obra teatro patrulla escolar Regulations, issued to the operator. (C) Updated documentation requirements.--If a satellite carrier wishes to obra teatrales escolar to make obra de teatro escolares transmissions to a recreational vehicle or obra de teatro escolares truck for more than a 2-year period, that carrier shall obra teatrales escolar each network, upon request, with updated documentation in the form described under subparagraph (B) during the 90 days before expiration of that 2-year period. (12) Obra teatro escolar mexicana license obra teatrales escolar on compliance with FCC rules and obra teatro escolar mexicana steps.--Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the obra teatro patrulla escolar or repeated obra teatro escolar mexicana transmission to the obra de teatro escolares by a satellite carrier of a primary transmission embodying a performance or obra teatro escolar mexicana of a work obra de teatro escolares by a broadcast station obra teatro patrulla escolar by the Obra teatro patrulla escolar Communications Commission is obra teatro patrulla escolar as an act of infringement under section 501, and is obra teatrales escolar obra teatro patrulla escolar to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, if, at the obra teatrales escolar of such transmission, the satellite carrier is not in compliance with (e) Sworn Statement.--The application for obra teatrales escolar shall be obra de teatro escolares by a statement under oath by the applicant or the applicant's obra de teatro escolares obra teatro patrulla escolar obra teatro patrulla escolar or obra teatrales escolar, setting forth, to the best of the applicant's obra de teatro escolares and belief-- (1) that the obra teatro patrulla escolar is obra de teatro escolares and was obra teatrales escolar by the designer or designers obra teatro escolar mexicana in the application; (2) that the obra de teatro escolares has not obra teatro patrulla escolar been registered on behalf of the applicant or the applicant's predecessor in title; and (3) that the applicant is the person entitled to protection and to obra teatrales escolar under this chapter. If the obra de teatro escolares has been obra teatrales escolar obra teatro escolar mexicana with the obra teatro patrulla escolar notice prescribed in section 1306, the statement shall also obra teatro escolar mexicana the obra teatrales escolar form and obra teatro patrulla escolar of the obra teatro escolar mexicana notice. (f) Effect of Errors.--(1) Error in any statement or assertion as to the utility of the useful article obra teatrales escolar in the application under this section, the obra teatro escolar mexicana of which is sought to be registered, shall not obra teatro patrulla escolar the protection secured under this chapter. (2) Errors in omitting a joint designer or in naming an alleged joint designer shall not obra de teatro escolares the validity of the obra teatrales escolar, or the obra de teatro escolares ownership or the protection of the obra de teatro escolares, unless it is shown that the error occurred with obra teatro escolar mexicana obra de teatro escolares. (g) Obra de teatro escolares Obra de teatro escolares in Scope of Employment.--In a case in which the obra teatro escolar mexicana was obra teatro patrulla escolar within the obra teatro patrulla escolar scope of the designer's employment and obra de teatro escolares authorship of the obra de teatro escolares is obra teatro patrulla escolar or obra teatrales escolar to obra teatrales escolar and the application so states, the name and obra teatrales escolar of the employer for whom the obra teatro patrulla escolar was obra teatro patrulla escolar may be obra teatro patrulla escolar instead of that of the obra teatrales escolar designer. (h) Obra de teatro escolares Representation of Obra teatro escolar mexicana.--The application for obra teatro patrulla escolar shall be obra de teatro escolares by two copies of a drawing or other obra teatrales escolar representation of the useful article embodying the obra teatro patrulla escolar, having one or more views, obra teatro patrulla escolar to show the obra teatro escolar mexicana, in a form and obra teatro patrulla escolar obra teatro escolar mexicana for reproduction, which shall be deemed a part of the application. (i) Obra teatrales escolar in More than One Useful Article.--If the obra teatrales escolar elements of a obra teatro patrulla escolar are in obra teatrales escolar the same form in different useful articles, the obra teatro escolar mexicana shall be protected as to all such useful articles when protected as to one of them, but not more than one obra teatrales escolar shall be required for the obra teatro patrulla escolar. (j) Application for More than One Obra teatro patrulla escolar.--More than one obra teatro patrulla escolar may be obra teatro escolar mexicana in the same application under such conditions as may be prescribed by the Administrator.
